The Hidden Growth Trap Most IT Companies Fall Into
Your Fractional Team on Demand
The Partnership Model That Puts Your Success First
Share:
Hi, Arthur here, the founder and CEO of Wiseboard.
After 3 years and 57 IT companies advised, I’ve seen the same growth blocker come up again and again:
Most IT companies don’t lack talent or ambition. They lack systemic change – and a single owner to drive it.
They try a few workshops, bring in one-off advisors, or make tactical hires. But today, growth touches everything – from delivery and ops to LinkedIn, PPC, analytics, and social selling. No single advisor can solve that whole puzzle.
Without someone accountable for the bigger picture, progress stays fragmented and short-lived. Founders don’t have the time (or headspace) to lead that transformation themselves. And hiring a full-time COO or Growth Officer is often too big a lift. So companies bounce between ideas, spend time and money – and still stay stuck.
I’ve seen this pattern too many times.
That’s why I took a step back, spoke with 50+ advisors in our network, reflected on our most successful cases — and built a solution.
→ Wiseboard now acts as your Growth Office, led directly by Wiseboard’s founder.→ You get access to 300+ vetted experts and execution help.→ You pay a symbolic monthly retainer and a % from the growth we’ll achieve.→ The offer is limited to 12 companies in 2025.
Wiseboard is becoming a Growth Office plugin for growing IT companies. I’ll step in as your fractional Growth Officer, leading your transformation from the inside, hands-on. I’ve seen what works (and what doesn’t) across dozens of companies – and now, I’ll do it with you.
We’ll define your 12-month and mid-term growth goals together. Then, I’ll bring in the right mix of advisors, experts, implementers, or vendors — exactly when and how your business needs them.
You don’t have to manage anyone or figure out the next move. That’s on me.
Instead of hiring a full-time growth manager, you get me and a trusted network of 300+ vetted professionals. These aren’t random LinkedIn finds. They’re people I’ve built trusted relationships with over the past 3 years, helping IT companies overcome their growth challenges.
I know who to call for any kind of business challenge, and I already have working partnerships and agreements with them. That gives us speed, trust, and unique terms.
You’ll pay a monthly retainer to cover coordination costs. I don’t profit from that — and neither do our advisors. We all earn only when we reach your growth goals. Once we do, Wiseboard takes a % of the delta.
Our incentives are fully aligned: You grow – Wiseboard wins. You don’t – we don’t.
In 2025, I’ll only take on 12 companies in this format.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
Criteria • 1
Founders with a clear leadership drive
Criteria• 2
A minimum one-year commitment to deep, focused work
Criteria • 3
Teams ready to implement meaningful change
Criteria • 4
A growth mindset and the budget to support it
As one of our advisors with 12 M&As under their belt said, “Transformation is CAPEX, not OPEX.” It’s an investment. Not an expense.
If that’s what you’re looking for, message me or book an intro call right away to talk through what’s possible. No commitment.
Let’s build a growth engine around your business – and actually drive it.
P.S. Shoutout to the ones who helped shape Wiseboard’s new chapter.
This model was born from dozens of conversations with the brilliant advisors in my network.
Thank you for challenging, stress-testing, and shaping it:
→ Den Rudenko, CEO at Yalantis→ Olha Klok, Customer Success Director at Eleks → Iryna Rudenko, M&A Lead at Lviv IT Cluster→ Yurii Adamchuk, Founder & ex-CEO Avenga→ Antonina Skrypnyk, Head of Financial Services EMEA, SoftServe→ Sergiy Lysov, Managing Partner at TECH3E
