Lviv IT Cluster, our partner in the M&A Ready Acceleration Program
Lviv IT Cluster is the largest business association of tech companies in Ukraine: founded in 2011, more than 300 member companies and a community of over 100,000 IT professionals. It runs IT Arena, 24 bachelor's programs at five universities, the CodeUA export marketplace built with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and, since September 2024, an M&A Office led by Iryna Rudenko: due diligence, investor introductions, legal and financial consultations, contract review, buy-side and sell-side support.
Wiseboard has been a member of the cluster since March 2024. In September 2025 the cluster and our team launched the M&A Ready Acceleration Program, which the cluster presents as the first practical M&A accelerator in Ukraine, for companies of 20 to 150 and more people that consider an exit within 12 to 24 months. The M&A Office audits the company, our team builds the roadmap and works inside the company, and the cluster re-audits to show what changed.
