Buyers & investors
Buy, hire or invest in Eastern Europe with people who have been inside the companies
Our founder, Arthur Fedorenko, and our team have built or rebuilt growth, delivery, presale and account management functions inside 100+ companies in this market since 2023. That is what stands behind a shortlist, an introduction or an operational read: knowledge from inside the company, with the economics disclosed before you decide.
Three doors
Pick the one that is yours
Acquire a company
Deal flow outside the standard channels, an operational read on a target before due diligence, a warm introduction when the founder is ready.

Read the marketWho pays
The economics, before the first call
Before the first call, three questions: who pays, what the conflict policy is, what the engagement looks like. The first two are answered here; the doors answer the third.
Who
Who pays and what is disclosed
Acquirers
The seller pays on close, the standard sell-side model. You pay a finder fee of 1 to 1.5 percent of the transaction value only for a warm introduction through our network that closes. Where we represent the seller on a target, there is no buyer-side fee on the same deal, and any prior advisory relationship with a target is disclosed before intelligence is shared.
Vendor buyers
You pay nothing for a shortlist, an intelligence call or an operational read. Vendors pay nothing for a place on a shortlist. Where a vendor has been a Wiseboard client, we say so before the introduction, and you decide whether to proceed.
Investors
Reports and benchmarks are free. For a fund with a portfolio company in this market, the same operational read and the maturity assessment apply. Where a conversation turns into a mandate, the terms are agreed in writing before any work starts, with every relationship to the companies involved disclosed first.
The first call
What the first call with our team gives you
- A read you cannot get from outside: Which companies hold together when the founder steps back, which ones depend on three unwritten relationships, who has really changed how they deliver since 2024.
- A realistic number: What this market pays for a company of that size and shape, and where the founder's expectation sits against it.
- The next step, or none: A shortlist, an introduction, an operational read, or the honest answer that the target or the brief does not fit.
