With over 7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and investments, Dmytro manages the full M&A cycle at SoftServe, from strategy development and target identification to financial analysis, due diligence, negotiations, and integration.

He has worked on international deals, including the acquisition of Hoverstate in 2022, local acquisitions in Ukraine, and developed business cases for SoftServe's expansion into Latin America and Central-Eastern Europe.
