    We ensure that only exceptional advisors are selected for Wiseboard. This thorough selection process may take up to 2 weeks to complete, but it's worth ensuring we find the best fit for our clients.

  • How long does it take for Wiseboard to match me with an advisor?

    Our commitment to excellence means that only the top advisors make it onto our team. We take the time to screen each candidate thoroughly, a process that can take up to 2 weeks, to ensure that we match our clients with the best fit for their unique needs and goals.

  • Who do we have a contract with?

    Your contract and billing relationship will be with Wiseboard. We'll invoice you each month based on the agreed advisor rate and the number of hours in the package.

  • Do I need to pay for the Intro meeting with the advisor?

    At Wiseboard, we believe in providing value to our clients from the get-go. That's why our introductory meetings with advisors are always complimentary, with no obligation or hidden costs involved. We aim to help you make informed decisions about choosing advisors for your business; our intro meetings are essential to that process.

  • How many advisors can I meet before making a final decision?

    At Wiseboard, there is no limit to the number of advisors you can meet before making a final decision. We aim to ensure that you find the best fit for your business, and the number of intro meetings can vary. Typically, our customers decide after two intro meetings with different advisors.

  • How long does it take to see results from Wiseboard?

    Well, we cannot guarantee a fast result, but we can guarantee that you get a result within the time agreed with your advisor.
    Anyway, you will get positive results with a help of an advisor way faster than you will try to reach them by yourself.

  • Can I change the advisor during the subscription period if I am unsatisfied?

    At Wiseboard, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our customer success team is dedicated to ensuring that you have a positive experience and get the support you need to achieve your goals. If you see that your assigned advisor isn't the right fit during the subscription period, we will work with you to find a better match and make the change with minimal losses for you.

  • How much does a Wiseboard subscription cost?

    It depends on how many hours you need and which advisor you select. The rate of advisors usually starts around $2,000 a month, but it could vary depending on how much time you need.

  • Is there a minimum contract period?

    We have a minimum contract period of 3 months. It takes time for the advice to implement and for the benefits to realize. A minimum contract period of 3 months ensures the client has enough time to see the results of the advisor's advice and make any necessary adjustments to their business strategy.
    But we’ve found that clients benefit most from engaging an advisor for 6-12 months. We can also offer preferential pricing for clients who want to commit for 12 months or more.

  • How does Wiseboard ensure that NDAs are in place to protect confidential information?

    At Wiseboard, we take protecting our client's confidential information seriously. We have strict policies to ensure that all advisors and clients sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before sharing personal information. We designed NDAs to protect our client's intellectual property and keep their confidential information safe and secure. Our team closely monitors the relationships between our clients and advisors to ensure the integrity and protection of all business information. Trust and security are of utmost importance to us.
